Physical Security Officers represent the front line of our security services. In this role PSOs can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSOs may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. The PSOs mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service.
Physical Security
Monitor the camera system.
Implement a scan point tour of the property for tracking the patrols and reporting issues as they arise.
Report signs of forced entry, safety issues, and any abnormal activity through the tour system.
Concierge
Ensure all guests and vendors sign in when entering the property.
Greet and acknowledge all residents, guests, and vendors.
Additional Responsibilities
Delivering high end customer service.
Responding to emergencies.
Deterring and preventing crime.
Performing ingress/egress control procedures.
Investigating incidents.
Detaining suspects.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of face-to-face customer service experience.
Two years of security experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to obtain state required security officer license.
Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to work under stress/pressure.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to wear a uniform.
