Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities

Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency
Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
