Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
