HR Coordinator

We are looking for a Benefits & Office Coordinator who is great with people and even better with details. This isn't a "sit back and wait" kind of job. You will be the person who makes sure our benefits system runs perfectly, our data is accurate, and our guests feel welcome the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the expert on our benefits system. Whether someone is joining the team or changing their plan, you’ll make sure their info is entered correctly every time.

You’ll use Excel to build reports, check for errors, and handle important tax and compliance paperwork (like ACA filings).

You’ll regularly double-check our bills against our records to make sure we aren’t overpaying and that every dollar is accounted for.

If you find a way to do things faster or better using technology, we want you to speak up and help us build it.

You’ll answer phones and greet visitors with a professional and friendly attitude. You are the first person people see, so you set the tone for the whole office.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary administrator for our benefits module. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of enrollments and "life event" changes, ensuring no detail is missed.

Move beyond basic entry. You will leverage

Advanced Excel

(VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and logic formulas) to audit participation trends and prepare critical compliance filings like the ACA and Form 5500.

Conduct rigorous deep‑drive audits. You’ll reconcile carrier invoices against payroll deductions to ensure our "bottom line" is protected and every cent is accounted for.

Balance the technical with the tactical. You’ll provide high‑touch phone support and greet office visitors with a professional, polished presence that sets the tone for our culture.
