Summary
The Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for the sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting for Distribution Center positions. Build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill, critical positions as well as keeping D&H on the cutting edge of recruiting using online tools and establishing relationships with source schools, and any other opportunities that may exist for us to find the best talent for D&H.
Responsibilities
Full‑cycle recruiting for all DC positions which include both high‑volume hourly recruitment as well as operational salaried roles.
Establish strong positive relationships with hiring managers.
Learn and understand the positions and talent within D&H.
Maintain recruiting database and spreadsheets and be able to analyze this information to make decisions to improve recruiting process.
Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling.
Establish relationships with schools, businesses and recruiters to put D&H at the forefront for skilled potential talent.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in a distribution/logistics recruiting (or similar) role filling a variety of positions.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
