Job Description: The Student Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the office, providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors. This role supports daily office operations by assisting with administrative tasks, managing communications, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Hourly rate: $14.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
Students must maintain a minimum of a 2.5 GPA and be enrolled for at least six credit hours a semester.
Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 10 hours per week up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Open to students with federal work-study and available to work on the main campus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, calendar systems).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Professional demeanor and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service or office experience.
Familiarity with campus resources and services.
