Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and self‑motivated individual to assist with general facilities and grounds upkeep at our property.
This is a
part‑time position working one consistent day per week , ideal for someone looking for steady, flexible hours in a low‑pressure environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and shop areas
Perform light maintenance and general upkeep tasks
Assist with basic painting projects
Support grounds maintenance (weed control, spraying, general appearance)
Move materials and assist with light physical tasks
Complete miscellaneous projects as needed
Qualifications
Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable performing light physical labor
Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized property
Schedule
1 day per week (consistent schedule preferred)
Flexible hours within the workday
Work Environment
Primarily outdoors and in shop/garage areas
Independent, self‑directed work with minimal supervision
