Overview
The primary focus of this position is to assist the Bakery Department with production. As a Baker/Fryer, you will be responsible for bakery production - thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products. Other duties include maintaining proper production levels while following production guidelines, assisting with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product and organizing freezers and coolers.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous retail/bakery experience preferred.
