Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves working closely with producers to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and LROS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines account management, a proactive approach to supporting producers, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $95,000 annually

Responsibilities
Collaborate with producers to manage a book of business
Provide support for quoting new and renewal business
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years in commercial lines account management
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AMS360 software preferred
Additional Attributes:
Proven longevity and growth potential in previous roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
