Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing book of business. This role focuses on servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals, client service, and day-to-day account management. The position partners closely with a Producer and internal support resources, offering an opportunity to grow within a stable and collaborative agency environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts, primarily small to mid-sized businesses
Assist with quoting new and renewal business
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
Review coverage, respond to client needs, and process policy changes
Coordinate with carriers and underwriters as needed
Maintain accurate and organized client documentation within
Applied EPIC
or similar agency management software
Delegate administrative tasks to support staff to optimize workflow efficiency
Ensure timely handling of endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing activities
Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Commercial lines experience preferred
Experience with
Applied EPIC
or similar agency management software preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach
Compensation Package
Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
Quarterly performance-based bonus (up to approximately 10% of base salary)
Paid time off and paid holidays, including additional observed holidays
