Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a close-knit and dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a strong understanding of bonding, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business (25% new, 75% renewal).
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain organized and accurate records using agency management software (EPIC experience preferred).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : P&C license required; CISR, CIC, CLCS, and CPCU preferred.
Experience : 8-10 years of experience managing mid-to-large-sized commercial accounts. Generalist experience is required; niche expertise is a plus.
Skills :
Proficiency in EPIC software (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Driven and self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
Solid understanding of bonding and related processes.
Education : Relevant certifications and training are highly valued.
