What You Will Be Doing
You will join a Product Platforms organization that supports complex, data-driven applications across multiple domains, including experiment planning, analytics, quality/compliance, and field operations. This role offers end-to-end ownership (cradle-to-grave) of software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale modern applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver new features aligned with business objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and architectures.

Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and develop backend services using Node.js or Go.

Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for high-performance distributed systems.

Own application lifecycle including development, deployment, monitoring, and support.

Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices.

Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and performance.

Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Maintain clear technical documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in full-stack software development (mid-level); higher experience preferred for senior roles.

Strong proficiency in React for front-end development.

Experience with backend development using Node.js or Go (Golang).

Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application design.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.

Exposure to data-driven platforms, analytics systems, or scientific applications.

Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., quality/compliance systems).

Familiarity with domain areas such as agriculture, life sciences, or R&D platforms.

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).

Experience integrating with enterprise systems and managing complex workflows.

Pay
$63.00 - $90.00 /hr.
