Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those with expertise in large, complex, multi-line, and multi-location accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the large account team to manage a book of business that leans heavily toward real estate accounts. Compensation Package
Salary Range : $75,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business focused on large, complex real estate accounts (500k+ in size).
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a detail-driven approach.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support staff to deliver tailored risk management solutions.
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience : 2–5 years in a commercial lines account management role, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied Epic software is
required .
Industry Knowledge : Experience with real estate and LRO (Lessors Risk Only) accounts is
required .
Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Soft Skills : Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
