Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and polished team. This role involves managing a robust book of business, primarily focused on mid-to-large market accounts in the real estate and construction sectors.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $60,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with revenue ranging from $500,000 to $600,000.
Handle all aspects of account management, including marketing new and renewal business.
Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional service to clients in the real estate and construction industries.
Utilize technology effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proven expertise in managing mid-to-large market accounts, particularly in real estate and construction.
Strong marketing skills for both new and renewal business.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
