
Contract Specialist (Boston HQ)

WinnCompanies is looking for a Contract Specialist to join our
Corporate office
located in Boston, MA.
In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the organization’s property management contract administration as well as all HUD, State Agency, and other 3rd party approvals.
The pay range for this role is $30.22-$36.53 per hour dependent on experience. Please note that this is a hybrid position which work schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm; 4 days in-office and 1 remote day.
Responsibilities
Assist in the drafting and tracking of new Management Agreement / document requests, renewals and changes including Addendums, Amendments, Assignments, etc.
Assist with drafting of HUD required documentation for initial management approvals and renewals as needed.
Create and maintain a master management agreement tracker of all executed documents per site and store in Document Directory.
Coordinate all execution of contracts and HUD documents between Owner and Agent.
Manage all department specific documents including agreement request forms, templates, HUD Allowable Fee document, etc.
Assist with other department projects as needed.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of related work experience.
2 years of previous experience in property management.
Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with state agencies such as HUD, New York Housing, etc.
