Job Description
Position Summary:
The Summer Enrichment Site Facilitator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the summer enrichment program, ensuring a safe, organized, and effective learning environment for students and staff. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for site‑based logistics, communication, and instructional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily student attendance; ensure accurate recordkeeping and follow up on absences or discrepancies.
Maintain ongoing communication with transportation services to support efficient arrival and dismissal procedures and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit required reports, including attendance, incident reports, and program updates, in accordance with established timelines.
Provide onsite support to instructors by addressing immediate needs, troubleshooting challenges, and assisting with classroom or activity management as needed.
Ensure adherence to program expectations, safety procedures, and district guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for site‑level questions, concerns, and problem‑solving.
Qualifications:
Experience in educational programs, youth services, or site‑based coordination preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with attendance tracking systems and reporting processes
Working Conditions:
Onsite supervision required throughout program hours
Frequent interaction with students, staff, and transportation personnel
This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants in the summer enrichment program.
Terms of Employment
June 15, 2026, through June 18, 2026, Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 4:00
Evaluation
Performance evaluation will be conducted using data from day‑to‑day site facilitation.
