Weekend Warrior Server
Location: St. Charles, Missouri
Position Type: Full Time
Starting Wage: $18 – $20 per hour
Shift Schedule
Sunday & Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Responsibilities
Host with the Most:
Greet residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Peppy Prepper:
Prepare dining service stations, salad stations, and silverware; ensure readiness for successful meal service.
Titan of Tidiness:
Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Appetite Anthropologist:
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness team about changes in appetite or dietary habits and when residents are absent from meals.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Read, write, and communicate in English at 8th‑grade level with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Clear criminal background check.
