Jacksonville office of highly regarded Atlanta based AmLaw 200 firm has an immediate need for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel Attorney to join their thriving Employee Benefits/Executive Comp Practice Group.
The ideal candidate for this position will be licensed in the state of Florida and have a minimum of five years’ experience advising clients on the implementation and administration of qualified plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity and equity-based plans for corporate and non-corporate entities, and health and welfare matters.
This one-hundred-year-old firm has fifteen offices across the US, is financially healthy, and has shown consistent and progressive growth over the last ten years.
