We are currently seeking a Front Desk / Data Entry Specialist to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Warner Robins AFB, GA.

Job Duties

Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and determine the nature of inquiries or visits

Direct clients to the appropriate M&FRC staff member and promote awareness of available programs and services

Schedule clients for M&FRC classes and provide clear, accurate information on routine and procedural matters

Input and manage TAP data and resources in AFFIRST, including scheduling clients for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) workshops

Send reminder communications (e.g., emails) to clients in advance of scheduled classes in accordance with program guidance

Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance (chairs, materials, publications, etc.)

Report inoperable equipment or facility issues to M&FRC management

Ensure all clients sign in properly and maintain accurate attendance records

Generate and submit monthly client usage reports in the required format

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records across required systems

Support operations at Robins AFB, with potential for situational telework as directed (duties remain consistent except where in-person presence is required)

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in data entry and experience with database systems (AFFIRST experience preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to adapt to in-person or telework environments as required

Prior experience in administrative, front desk, or customer support roles preferred
