This role requires strong leadership, coachingexpertise, and the ability to align technology delivery with businessobjectives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Senior Scrum Master
in enterprise Agile environments.
Strong expertise in
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean).
Proven success in
Agile transformations , improving delivery rates, reducing costs, and enhancing team efficiency.
Experience with
DevOps practices , CI/CDpipelines, and cloud modernization.
Skilled in
stakeholder management , backlog refinement, and program execution.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, andcommunication skills.
Education
Master of Science in Information Technology
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
