Scrum Master
Required Skills
- Must have: SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of overall experience. 5+ years as a Scrum Master in the use of Lean, Agile SAFE methodologies. Proven success leading multiple Agile TECHNOLOGY FOCUSED teams to agile maturity and improved customer outcomes.
- Seeking a technology focused (not processed focused) IT Scrum Master. Must have strong knowledge in Java, Angular, React, Spring Boot Framework, AWS, etc...
- Must have Jira
- Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release train Leading Change and continuous improvement, working with a cross functional team by applying lean agile methods
- Experience doing value stream mapping, system level optimizations etc. applying Theory of Constraints and other Lean techniques
-Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles and practices
-Knowledge of Lean agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
-Knowledge of Scaling frameworks like SAFe
-Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, Test Automation practices etc...
- Excellent communication skills written and oral
Preferred:
• One or more: ML and AI background, BI MicroStrategy, AWS Ecosystem (SageMaker, EKS, EC2), Healthcare industry background
