5+ Years
Scrum Master with æsomeÆ history as a PM in the IT Space
Working in delivery, leveraging all the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence)
ITIL
Gigs focus on Training (Workshops, Presentations to executives, etc.)
Most (ideally all) of the following: SAP, SAFe, Agile/Lean, Global experience (ideally LATAM), Supply Chain, Compliance (ideally in LATAM), Gigs focusing on Training (Workshops, Presentations to executives, etc.)
OTHER NOTABLE SKILLS:
Typically requires 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the areas of application/software engineering
Prior experience in a Scrum Master role
Knowledge and understanding of agile principles, values, techniques, and Scrum theory
IT Applications/business system background (SAP would be a bonus)
Previous experience in a leadership role is a bonus.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand, apply, and coach Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Grow an environment for continuous learning and improvement.
Help the delivery teams to coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicate the status of these dependencies.
Collaborate with other agile capability teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to improve team and program performance.
Help the team to remove any execution roadblocks
Manage smaller projects within the IT application space
Support the IT manager in daily operations
Protect the team by saying "no" as needed
