Sr. Scrum Master

Role: Sr. Scrum Master
Location: California
Duration: 6+ months
Qualifications
A minimum of a 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced delivery environments required.
Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred
At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required.
Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production, QA, etc.).
A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior experience with Jira and Confluence/HipChat
Experience playing the Scrum Master role in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory is required.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
GxP software implementation is required
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Previous of SDLC documentation experience is required
