Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience and education
Part‑Time Start: Positions begin part‑time with a minimum of 15‑20 hours per week required
Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Additional Pay Incentives
+ $2/hour for weekend shifts
+ $5/hour for company‑observed holidays
Schedule Needs
Monday‑Friday between the hours of 2:00PM‑8:00PM

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact
As a
Behavior Interventionist , you’ll do more than provide care – you’ll
empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive .
Your key responsibilities include:
1:1 Client Support
– Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
Implement ABA Treatment Plans
– Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
Provide Consistent Therapy
– Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
Track Progress
– Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
Foster Learning and Growth
– Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Collaborate as a Team
– Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Maintain Professional Standards
– Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
