Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

Pay Range:

$20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and education

Part-Time Start:

minimum 15–20 hours per week

Path to Full-Time:

opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

+ $2.00 per hour for weekend shifts

+ $5.00 per hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs:

Monday‑Friday between 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Nipomo and Orcutt. We aim to match you with clients near your home and offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away.

Who We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.

Reliable transportation.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact
As a

Behavior Interventionist , you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

1:1 Client Support

– Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.

Implement ABA Treatment Plans

– Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.

Provide Consistent Therapy

– Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.

Track Progress

– Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.

Foster Learning and Growth

– Use structured activities and interactive approaches.

Collaborate as a Team

– Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues.

Maintain Professional Standards

– Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
