Direct Support Professional – Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives
Pay Range : $19.00 – $20.50 per hour, based on experience and education
Part‑Time Start : Positions begin part‑time with a minimum of 15–20 hours per week required
Path to Full‑Time : Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability
Additional Pay Incentives
Hourly Incentive : Up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases
Schedule Needs
Mon‑Sat 3pm‑10pm or Sun‑Fri 3pm‑10pm

– create opportunities for safety, independence, and community involvement.
