Join OPTIONS as a Job Coach. At OPTIONS, you’ll play a vital role supporting our team as we help individuals with developmental disabilities live and work in their community.
Help clients identify career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Support job search activities, including applications and resumes.
Prepare clients for interviews and workplace expectations.
Provide coaching on communication, professionalism, punctuality, and organization.
Assist with onboarding and adjustment to a new workplace.
Monitor progress and help solve workplace challenges.
Communicate with employers or partner organizations when appropriate.
What You Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coaching, counseling, workforce development, education, or human services.
Ability to motivate and support diverse individuals.
Knowledge of employment readiness, job retention, and workplace behavior.
Organizational and case management skills.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to pass background and drug screening.
