Overview
At Hyatt, our Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional service and cleanliness our guests expect.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support room attendants, housepersons, and other housekeeping team members in alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
Conduct regular room inspections and audits of public areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness.
Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and supply requisition.
Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Must have three years of experience in a similar position and the ability to communicate in English.
Self‑starting personality with an even disposition.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Ability to communicate well with guests and to help co‑workers.
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing or walking and lift at least 15 lbs.
Will acquire a Criminal Background Check and E‑Verify.
