The DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the HR, Finance, Budget & Grants Division. The role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and can effectively manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities within the District Attorney’s Office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to HR functions, including attendance tracking and data entry using Kronos, CV360, or similar systems

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems

Coordinate witness travel requests and employee travel reimbursement

Provide direct administrative support to the Director of HR, Finance, Budget and Grants

Perform additional administrative duties as needed by the leadership team

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Administrative Professional, or a related field

Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience, preferably in a court or legal setting

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered

Experience with Kronos systems and CV360, or similar HRIS platforms

Prior administrative experience in government or public service

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
