Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role responsible for converting inbound leads into scheduled assessments and supporting marketing initiatives that drive client growth. You will own the entire lead journey—from first contact to booked assessment.

This is not an administrative role. This is a revenue-generating position.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Lead Conversion

Respond to all inbound calls, texts, and web leads immediately

Conduct intake calls with prospective clients and families

Build rapport, understand needs, and confidently present services

Schedule qualified in-home assessments

Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email until conversion

Re-engage cold and past leads

Lead Management & Performance

Maintain a structured follow-up system (no lead left behind)

Track all lead activity in CRM

Monitor missed calls and ensure rapid callbacks

Improve lead-to-assessment conversion rates

Marketing & Growth Support

Execute follow-up campaigns (text, email, call sequences)

Assist with outreach to referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities)

Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

Track lead sources and campaign performance

Success Metrics

Speed to lead response (goal: under 5 minutes)

Number of assessments scheduled weekly

Lead-to-assessment conversion rate

Follow-up consistency and persistence

Reactivation of past leads

Qualifications

2+ years in sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer engagement

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Confident and persuasive communicator

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals

Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred

Experience using CRM systems preferred
