Signet Health is actively hiring Licensed Professional Counselors for all shifts for our brand new hospital - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX.
Signet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation salary with a variety of both paid and voluntary benefits. $2.00 shift diff for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Conducts initial assessments.
Provide Mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families.
Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations.
Coordinates treatment planning.
Additional duties as required to successfully perform within the scope of this role.
Effectively communicates with team.

Qualifications
Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience.
Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Unencumbered license in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
