Position Summary

The Summer 2026 Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands‑on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, and training support. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation

$21/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding process
Maintain and organize employee and temporary employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
Help track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data
Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeeping
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of

confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
