Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and microwaves.
Provide exceptional customer service through professional interactions with customers.
Order and maintain inventory of parts needed for repairs.
Complete job reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
Two years appliance repair experience required.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
