Job Summary
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and organized for surgeries. Your attention to safety and detail supports patient care and team efficiency.
Responsibilities
Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards.
Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and resolve issues to maintain safe, high-quality care.
Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms according to daily schedules and procedural needs.
Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials; keep the work area clean and organized.
Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support efficient surgeries.
Qualifications
No travel required. 1 year of experience preferred.
