Job Description

North America Fabric and Home Care Integrated Media Manager

Responsibilities

Understand and ensure team is on track for all brand-specific media deliverables

Lead status coordination and communication with the brand team(s)

Be the business owner of your Brand(s)'s media plan, activation and delivery, ensuring executional excellence

Gather information and conduct initial data assessment to be used in developing media plans, such as demographic profiles, media usage habits, media costs

Ensure flowcharts, monthly budgets, authorizations, delivery recaps, competitive analyses, and billing are properly maintained – ensure no miss on communication

Manage planning and oversee performance analysis of all offline channels. Collaborate with relevant internal & external stakeholders as needed

Analyze data sets across various platforms to deliver actionable insights to media partners and business managers

Lead digital media execution for high value initiatives across a variety of programmatic and social advertising platforms to ensure executional excellence

Collaborate with internal partners like Senior Media Manager, Analytics & Insights Managers and Brand Managers to develop best-in-class digital media campaigns across Programmatic, Video and Social advertising platforms

Oversee digital media execution through collaboration with external media agency, ensuring execution is delivered with excellence and in compliance with P&G standards. Partner with agency on platform level performance analysis and optimization strategies

Remain current on the latest digital media innovation via collaboration with external media platforms

Partner with Senior Media Manager to evolve category media model through evaluation of media opportunities, building of in-channel & cross-channel tests, & crafting of media landscape POVs

Work alongside external media agency team to coordinate campaign trafficking, measurement and billing reconciliation

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising, IT or related fields

1-3 years experience in a media planning or buying role preferred

Experience planning and/or executing SEM preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience analyzing data in ad platforms, Google Analytics or similar reporting dashboards

Familiarity with media-specific software, tools and data (Guideline Planning / MediaTools, MediaOcean, Prisma, comScore, agency research and planning tools, etc.)

Compensation
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
