
Cleared Security Officer - DoD Patrol

What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and/or assist with access control procedures in support of location protocols common to an aerospace and defense environment.
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity observed during patrols, and follow post orders for escalation and incident reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
