Associate Minister – Emmanuel Group of Churches, Northampton

The Diocese of Peterborough seeks a mission focused Associate Minister to serve within the Emmanuel Group of Churches, a vibrant Local Ecumenical Partnership on the east side of Northampton.
Emmanuel brings together three worshipping congregations, a community café and a foodbank, and is rooted in a diverse urban context where church and community meet.
Working alongside the Team Rector and ministry team, the Associate Minister will help:
strengthen missional focus and discipleship
grow and deepen links with schools and community projects
engage confidently with digital communication and online presence
The post is set within a diverse urban parish centred on a busy shopping area, offering significant opportunities for mission and service.
