The Certified Athletic Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of sports medicine coverage, services and injury care at assigned high schools, college, university, club sports teams, organization, and special events.

Must be a Georgia Licensed Athletic Trainer or eligible
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
Core Job Functions
Evaluate athletes' readiness to play and provide participation clearances when applicable. Apply protective or injury preventive devices as warranted.
Assess and report the progress of recovering athletes to coaches or physicians. Complete timely documentation to support skilled services delivered and billing. Conduct initial assessment of injury to provide emergency or continued care. Effectively handle urgent/emergency situations while maintaining quality of service.
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation program for athlete. Assess and report the progress of recovering athletes to coaches or physicians. Submit to the therapist appropriate written reports of the patient's progress.
