This role is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stage and make a visible, measurable impact on the business.

Responsibilities

Case Evaluation: Review and assess the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by analyzing records, documents, and evidence to determine validity and potential value.

Legal Representation: Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Prepare and file claims, petitions, and other legal documents, and advocate for clients before courts and agencies.

Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to protect clients’ rights and interests. Conduct legal research, analyze medical records, gather evidence, and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements.

Client Communication: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates, explaining legal processes, and advising them on their rights and options.

Medical and Vocational Assessment: Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate the extent of injuries, their impact on clients’ ability to work, and appropriate compensation levels.

Litigation: Handle disputed or denied claims through litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, coordinate with medical providers and experts, and oversee related legal and administrative tasks.

Ethical Standards: Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes.

Success Criteria

Provide clients with positive experiences and trusted legal counsel.

Move cases efficiently, maximizing value and positive client outcomes.

Work with mentors and coaches, gaining insight through real‑time feedback and strategy guidance.

Eliminate surprises and bottlenecks through clear expectations and accountability.

Collaborate effectively with leadership and operations to implement litigation processes without sacrificing autonomy or judgment.

Earn recognition internally and externally as a credible, prepared, and decisive advocate.

Qualifications – Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active admission to the Tennessee Bar.

5–10 years of experience in Personal Injury law.

Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.

Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Knowledge of Tennessee laws, regulations, and procedures.

Must be located in or near the State of Tennessee.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Critical thinking, prioritization, and execution at speed.

Nice to Have

Active admission to one or more districts of the Tennessee Federal Court.

Experience in a fast‑growing or high‑volume environment.

Comfort with ambiguity and evolving systems.

Experience in professional services or client‑centric organizations.

Compensation
115,000 – 150,000 USD per year (Tennessee, Remote).
