Overview
Gemma Law Associates is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The Litigation Attorney is responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. They work under the guidance of senior attorneys and partners and are expected to handle a variety of tasks related to personal injury cases. This position will involve all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, and trials.
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients with personal injury claims.
Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation under supervision of senior attorneys and partners.
Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, and trials.
