Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver remote behavioral health services to individuals throughout Colorado. This position focuses on providing clinically appropriate therapy, monitoring client progress, and supporting treatment goals through consistent, professional telehealth care.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients
Complete intake assessments and clinical evaluations
Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
Support clients with emotional and behavioral challenges
Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records
Track outcomes and modify treatment approaches as needed
Qualifications
Active Colorado LPC license
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms
Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
