Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our remote clinical team and provide structured, client-centered mental health services. The LPC will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards of care.
Responsibilities
Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients
Evaluate client needs and identify treatment priorities
Develop and update individualized care plans
Apply evidence-based counseling techniques
Document session notes and treatment progress
Collaborate with internal clinical teams when needed
Qualifications
Active Colorado LPC license
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms
Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
