Patient Population/Age: 18+.
Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day.
Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults; clinic is inside hospital, no trauma.
EMR: EPIC.
Hospital Bed size: 150 beds.
Special Procedures: bypass amputations.
Practice Setting

Requirements
Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery.
License Required: PA.
DEA: yes.
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of vascular (if no surgical experience that is ok).
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file.
