Resident Services Coordinator - Assisted Living
Springs Living, LLC, Billings Metropolitan Area, MT, United States
Description
Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday + On-Call Rotation
At The Springs Living, we’re working to change how people experience senior living; for residents and for the people who work here. This role is a key part of that mission. At The Springs at Butte, we’re looking for a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) who can lead with both accountability and empathy, someone who can keep operations running smoothly while making sure residents receive thoughtful, consistent care.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands‑on leadership role within our Assisted Living community. You’ll be the central point of coordination between residents, families, and the care team, making sure communication is clear, care plans are followed, and staff feel supported.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and families regarding care and services
Coordinate, update, and lead resident care plans and service plan meetings
Oversee care staff performance, including coaching, reviews, and accountability
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new health services team members
Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and chart audits
Monitor communication logs and ensure care updates are shared across the team
Assist with new resident move‑ins and ongoing care coordination
Help ensure all care aligns with state regulations and company standards
Participate in on‑call rotation to find coverage for open shifts and step in to support coverage when needed
This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing people leadership with operational detail.
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
You lead from the front: visible, supportive, and willing to step in when needed
You can prioritize quickly and stay steady in a fast‑paced environment
You communicate clearly with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
You hold a high bar for quality, accountability, and follow‑through
You know how to coach and develop team members, not just manage them
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or similar healthcare settingas a caregiver or med tech
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Knowledge of senior living regulations (AL/MC)
Strong computer skills (email, documentation systems, reporting)
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and problem‑solve in real time
Experience with care coordination, service plans, and documentation systems (preferred)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Active role requiring standing, walking, and movement throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
May be exposed to healthcare environments including biohazards
Why The Springs Living
We believe this work matters and that the people doing it matter just as much. You’ll be part of a team that values respect, accountability, and doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing.
Additional Information
All offers are contingent upon successfully completing a background check and pre‑employment drug screening. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
