Your responsibilities and tasks
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
Performs new machine installation, commissioning and customer training
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
Ensures customer satisfaction through high quality service levels, prompt execution and customer follow up
Acts in a professional, courteous and business-like manner to enhance the company in the market place.
Your profile and qualifications
High School Diploma
A minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment
Extensive Travel, up to 75%
Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
Availability for occasional weekend work
Understanding of Hand Tools and mechanical techniques
Computer Literate
Some technical writing skills
Ability to read Schematics, Diagrams and Technical manuals
Must be able to function well, in an unsupervised position
Must have a valid driver license
Must be able to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people
Good organizational skills, particularly on site, are critical
A minimum of a High School education is required
