Pride Health is hiring a
Medical Assistant
to support our client’s medical facility, located in Seattle, WA 98104. This is a 6+ month contract assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job title : Medical Assistant
Location : Seattle, WA 98104.
Duration : Contract
Pay : $25- $29 on W2. Pay rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
Shift : Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4pm.
Specific Duties
Room patients and obtain vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, height, weight).
Verify medications, allergies, and medical history; update EMR.
Complete patient intake and review required paperwork.
Assist providers during exams and procedures.
Perform phlebotomy and collect/label specimens.
Prepare and clean exam rooms; maintain supplies.
Document patient information accurately and ensure smooth patient flow.
Qualifications
1+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification/ Registration (MA-C is required).
High school diploma or equivalent.
BLS Certification.
