
Mechanical Completion Manager

Responsibilities
Ensure all work performed in construction complies with safety regulations.
Plan Mechanical Completion (MC) activities throughout the project.
Lead and coordinate system handovers to the commissioning team.
Control, coordinate, and update system status using project tools.
Follow up on MC activities at supplier sites and onshore.
Monitor work progress against plans, highlighting concerns and potential corrective actions.
Actively work with contractors to ensure mechanical completion is achieved with minimal punch-list items.
Participate in area/system punch-outs and verify the closure of punch items.
Required expertise
Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or extensive experience in Construction or Commissioning.
510 years of experience in Construction or Commissioning.
Previous experience from large-scale energy projects is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Construction and Commissioning work processes, procedures, and tools.
Language: English and Norwegian
Location: Hammerfest, Norway
It will be a five-two rotation, meaning that is five days at Hammerfest with weekends off.
A four-day week may be possible, with four working days per week, but this must be discussed with the project in advance.
