Electronics Technician
to support our client as the focus on various electronic systems initiatives. This is a direct placement role on-site at
Key West or Jacksonville, Florida . The
Electronics Technician
will work on designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services. This is a great opportunity supporting a DOD program.
Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic systems.
Conduct site surveys, configure hardware/software, and test systems for proper operation.
Install raceways, cabling, equipment racks, enclosures, and panels per industry standards.
Terminate, test, and configure electronic devices, network, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot copper and fiber‑optic issues and programmable components.
Qualifications
5+ years of Security Systems Experience, electronics installation or maintenance.
Demonstrated time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Experience with CCURE, AMAG, or Lenel (certifications preferred).
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
Active Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $30‑42 an hour, depending on experience.
