Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and technically proficient Technology & AI Systems Support Specialist to support the setup, management, troubleshooting, and optimization of devices, applications, software programs, and digital systems used in daily business operations. This individual will play a key role in helping maintain smooth technological function across smartphones, iPads, laptops, and a wide range of apps and platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both established and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools and new AI systems as they become available. They should be able to assess which tools are most appropriate for specific tasks, support implementation, and help improve efficiency across workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, organize, and maintain smartphones, iPads, laptops, and related devices

Install, update, troubleshoot, and manage apps, software programs, and digital tools

Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of work-related systems, platforms, accounts, and workflows

Identify technology issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Assist with integrating new software, applications, and systems into existing operations

Stay informed about new and emerging AI tools, platforms, and systems

Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools or digital solutions based on business needs and intended application

Help implement AI systems and support team members in understanding their use and function

Maintain organized digital processes and documentation for systems, setups, and procedures

Provide clear, practical tech support and guidance to team members as needed

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with smartphones, tablets, laptops, apps, and software systems

Strong technical skills in device setup, app configuration, program support, and troubleshooting

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently

Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters in a simple and helpful way

General knowledge of AI tools and emerging AI platforms, or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting business systems, digital operations, or workflow management

Familiarity with AI applications for productivity, communication, organization, research, or automation

Ability to compare platforms and determine the best tool for a given function or project

Experience helping others adopt and use new technologies effectively
