Overview
Coordinates routine actions on communications and computer information and communication/telephone system issues, interfacing with internal customers and external support services as needed.
Responsibilities
Install, update, and operate personal computers and appropriate software packages, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and job‑specific specialty applications.
Plan and implement movement of computer workstation components to meet operational needs.
Install cabling for computers and phones.
Coordinate routine actions on communication and computer system issues.
Qualifications
Basic networking knowledge.
Experience with Intune MDM, Microsoft Defender and Azure.
Advanced proficiency with Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, planning, organizational and time‑management skills.
Technical aptitude and effective communication skills.
